We are looking for instructors to join our 2022-2023 dance season. Our goal is to create a loving environment for our dancers. We offer both competitive and recreational dance. This position runs from September-October. Earn $16-$25/hour based on experience. Essential Functions: Demonstrates proper technique and routines for class participation. Strong instructing skills that can help implement a strong program. Experienced and knowledge for dance including the ability to choreograph Strong classroom management Identify and address participant safety concerns YMCA Competencies: Mission and Community Oriented: Accepts and demonstrates YMCA values.
