About this role:
 Rackner is seeking Technical Account Managers that will be primary tech advisors for both incoming customers and existing customers alike.
 TAMs align customers with technical solutions within the Platform One portfolio and continue hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle.
We are seeking professionals with knowledge in:
 B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project.
 Advanced Kubernetes
 Cloud
 Cloud Security
 Cybersecurity
 DevSecOps Engineer
 IT Operations
 Site Reliability Engineer
 Software Engineer
 System Administrator
Nice to have:
 Platform One exposure
 DevSecOps background
