 Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation to achieve sales targets.
 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the product development team.
 Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
 No experience required, though sales experience strongly preferred.
 Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
