What youll be doing
You will provide Product Marketing support for Verizon Business Groups suite of Strategic Networking and Managed Network Services (e.g. Managed SD WAN, Network as a Service, Broadband, Private IP, Ethernet, Dedicated Internet, etc.) with an immediate focus on Private IP (MPLS), Internet Dedicated, Broadband, Fixed Wireless Access, Ethernet (E-Line/E-LAN), Wavelength, & Dynamic Network Management Services.
You'll develop the marketing strategy, design, and execution plan to defend and expand Verizon Business Group's Strategic Networking and Managed Network Services for Verizon Business Groups Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Business Markets channels.
You will leverage market data and insights, Verizon base customer and prospect analytics, customer persona types and other information to develop the appropriate launch strategy for new and existing products. You will also serve as the product and portfolio CMO working with the Product Management organization in the development of the product/portfolio business case, product success key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) You will be responsible in partnership and collaboration with product, segment marketing, sales, and solutions architects to develop product / portfolio value proposition, customer outcome/benefits, VBGs market differentiation, and the channel and digital activation strategy.
Youll help strengthen our brand, defend revenues, and drive new sales by acting as a marketing lead working within the Strategic Networking and Managed Network Services portfolio team, developing marketing strategies and compelling and differentiated positioning to accelerate revenues and bookings. Partnering with Product Management, Sales, Sales Architects, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Go-to-Market, and other marketing partners, and through independent marketing research, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans and creating high quality customer collateral and product assets, using segmented value propositions. This position also involves collaborating with partner teams to promote cross sell/upsell opportunities and reinforce cross-portfolio messaging to ensure sales motion includes selling comprehensive solutions to build loyalty. Youll also be responsible for project management related to product launches and other marketing activities with the goal of accelerating revenue and improving services to our customers as well as results for Verizon. Within the marketing organization, youll act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for products within the Strategic Networking and Managed Network Services portfolio and assist with strategy formulation, collateral creation, review, and any other needed activities to support the success of the product set.

Youll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.Product Marketing/Strategy experience using market research and/ or data analytics.Marketing collateral and/or Sales Enablement creation and execution.Even better if you have one or more of the following:

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
