Job Description

As a Walmart Online Support Agent, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them with their inquiries through various online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and offering support with online order processes. You will engage with customers via email, chat, and other digital communication channels to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

In this role, you will possess a strong understanding of Walmart’s product offerings, order processes, and digital tools. It is essential that you demonstrate empathy and patience while addressing customer concerns, as you will be interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a remote environment

– Familiarity with online communication tools and e-commerce platforms

– Basic understanding of Walmart’s products and services (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

– Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online platforms

– Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy

– Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

– Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system

– Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

– Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

– Stay updated on company promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information
