Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Architect / Release Manager to lead our Salesforce release management strategy and implement DevOps best practices. This role involves architecting deployment solutions, optimizing release processes, and enhancing collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure smooth, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecting Solutions:
┬Ľ Design and implement scalable DevOps architecture for Salesforce applications.
┬Ľ Evaluate and select tools and technologies to enhance deployment and release processes.

2. Release Management:
┬Ľ Define and manage the release lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating Salesforce releases.
┬Ľ Ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

3. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
┬Ľ Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for... Salesforce using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins.
┬Ľ Automate deployment processes to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
┬Ľ Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams to align on release schedules and requirements.
┬Ľ Act as the point of contact for all release-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

5. Monitoring and Optimization:
┬Ľ Implement monitoring tools and practices to track deployment performance and identify areas for improvement.
┬Ľ Conduct post-release reviews and retrospectives to enhance future release processes.

6. Governance and Compliance:
┬Ľ Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards throughout the release process.
┬Ľ Maintain documentation of release procedures, configurations, and best practices.

7. Mentorship and Training:
┬Ľ Provide mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
┬Ľ Conduct training sessions to upskill team members in release management and automation.

Qualifications:
┬Ľ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
┬Ľ Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture (Salesforce certifications preferred).
┬Ľ Strong background in DevOps practices and release management.
┬Ľ Proficient in CI/CD tools and methodologies.
┬Ľ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
┬Ľ Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
┬Ľ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
┬Ľ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
┬Ľ Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
┬Ľ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
