About the Role...
WeÂre looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Bay Area. In this role, youÂll report into the Operations Supervisor and be a core member of our Field Operations Team.
YouÂre excited about this opportunity because you willÂ
 Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
 Work closely with multiple stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, product, software, and business operations teams
 Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, including understanding behavior, product capabilities, new and existing issues, and added requirements
 Rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists, ensuring high levels of safety as well as efficiency and reliability of new products
WeÂre excited about you becauseÂ
 2 years of experience or strong interest in the space
 Drivers license required, able to support multiple locations in Bay Area
 Comfortable working outside and operating micro-mobility
 Experience and enthusiasm with live Field Operations for deployment of products, bonus if related to autonomous vehicles
 Strong organizational and process skills, comfortable with following schedules and some evening and weekend work
 Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress
