Job Overview As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for managing user-generated content across various social media platforms, ensuring that all interactions adhere to community guidelines while promoting a positive atmosphere. Evaluate posts, comments, and messages, making decisions regarding content approval, flagging, or removal. Document and report policy violations, including spam and inappropriate behavior. Respond to user inquiries under supervision, providing clarification and support regarding community rules. Collaborate with the social media team to gain insights into user engagement and content trends. Maintain records of moderation actions to support performance analysis. Stay informed on basic trends and best practices in social media moderation. Essential Qualifications We're looking for individuals with the following skills and qualities: Strong written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
