We are in search of a committed Project Manager to become an integral part of our Manufacturing & Supply Chain division. This unique opportunity allows you to manage and optimize tool crib operations while engaging in both desk responsibilities and hands-on support on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee the operations of the tool crib to ensure optimal storage of parts and supplies.
 Lead and direct the crib team in daily tasks and operations.
 Conduct data analysis and create reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
 Foster collaboration among team members and management, cultivating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
 Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective exchanges.
 Organize and prioritize tasks to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
 Occasionally operate a forklift (certification is a requirement).
Required Skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including functions such as VLOOKUP and the creation of work templates.
 Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
 Strong command of spelling and grammar, alongside excellent typing skills.
 Valid driverÂs license.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internships considered).
