 Educate and Advise: Explain benefit options via Zoom, uncover client needs, and guide them through the decision-making process
 Application Support: Help clients complete applications accurately, ensuring all necessary information is recorded properly
 Stay Compliant: Remain up-to-date on relevant insurance regulations to maintain compliance in all activities
 Collaborate: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and managers to provide top-tier service and achieve shared goals
Key Responsibilities:
 Effectively communicate with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms
 Actively listen to client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their goals
 Keep accurate records and maintain organized documentation
 Continuously expand your knowledge of industry trends and best practices to improve performance
