 Consultative Selling: Utilize your expertise to understand member needs and tailor personalized travel solutions.
 Outbound Sales: Make proactive calls to reach potential members and introduce our exciting travel offerings.
 Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and metrics.
 Product Knowledge: Become a brand expert and guide members towards the best products and services.
 Member Support: Assist members with understanding their benefits and address inquiries with confidence.
 Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your team to achieve shared goals.
 Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
What you'll need:
 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
 Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to overcome objections and build rapport with potential members
 Passion for travel and a desire to help others
 Previous military service is highly preferred
