 Generate journal entries when necessary.
 Execute various general accounting tasks with precision.
 Assist in preparing payroll and sales/use tax returns.
Required Skills
 Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience.
 Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
 Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, alongside familiarity with other accounting software.
 Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities effectively and meeting deadlines.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Capacity to collaborate with diverse personalities and contribute positively as a team member.
 Detail-oriented approach, dependable, and a motivated self-starter with quick learning capabilities.
 Ability to work autonomously while ensuring high accuracy in your work prior to submission.
 Preferred experience in public accounting.
 Must successfully pass a bookkeeping examination and background check.
Qualifications
 At least 8 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or related domains.
 No specific degree is mandated; however, certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are advantageous.
