Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and familiarity with Linux is a plus. Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and common software applications. Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teenagers and team members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and learning new tools and software. A positive and patient attitude towards providing customer support to teenagers.
