Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor a diverse group of HR professionals, including Partners, Generalists, and Analysts.
• Collaborate closely with team members to assess their needs, providing essential resources and training for their development.
• Facilitate targeted training sessions that address specific team requirements while promoting general performance enhancement resources.
• Provide expert guidance on intricate HR challenges, including policy interpretation and labor contract application.
• Audit the HR Service Hub to ensure timely resolution of unclaimed and open tasks.
• Foster team engagement in workgroups and initiatives aimed at developing policies and improving their implementation.
• Keep staff informed on updates regarding policies, labor contracts, and relevant legislation through regular meetings.
• Review and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with functional teams to identify improvement opportunities that benefit the organization.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and expand learning opportunities.
• Play an active role in recruitment and staff development, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
• Manage remote work agreements and guarantee that all employees have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
• Cultivate an inclusive work environment that supports all team members.
• Advise departments on policy interpretation and implementation strategies.
• Conduct research and root cause analysis to resolve HR issues, implementing preventative solutions.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from (98,600 to )135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This full-time, exempt position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including professional development opportunities. This role is 100% remote-friendly, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, while occasional on-site work may be required.
