Job Description The Freight Operations Associate plays a crucial part in our logistics operations, working at a modern hub that acts as the central point of our global air network. As a Freight Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for sorting, loading, and unloading package volumes within the facility, or working outside in loading and unloading bolthires aircraft using specialized equipment. This role requires physical resilience, close attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow safety regulations when transporting packages weighing no more than 70 lbs. Operate equipment to assist with the loading and unloading of aircrafts. Adhere to safety procedures when working at heights to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of workers. Effectively manage packages with the use of bolthires machinery. Work collaboratively with a diverse and enthusiastic team to drive progress. Maintain a high level of efficiency and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Qualifications and Experience To be successful as a Freight Operations Associate, you'll need: Proficiency to lift loads as heavy as 70 pounds. Physical staying power and strength required for sustained lifting. A strong work ethic that is trustworthy and accountable. Confidence and proficiency in working at high altitudes. Reliable work shoes required.
