Key Responsibilities

 Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach initiatives to potential clients and partners, manage follow-ups, and ensure effective communication.
 Project & Task Management: Utilize organizational tools like ClickUp or Notion to oversee projects and meet deadlines.
 Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor interactions, facilitating calls and ensuring clear communication.
 Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on prospective leads or vendors, producing well-organized summaries and reports.
 Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Use tools like Loom to create updates and walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholders remain informedÂcomfort on camera is essential!
Required Skills
 Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly via email, phone, and other platforms.
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
