 Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
Required Skills
 Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
 Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
 Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
 Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
 Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service is preferred.
