With a strong focus on product testing and development, we design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to help businesses ensure proper product certification and greater market access, while also providing a unique opportunity for individuals to earn extra income by sharing their opinions on upcoming products and services. **Role Overview** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our product testing and development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) * Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly * Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) * Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested * Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * The ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail * A curious spirit and a willingness to learn * The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine * Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection * Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures * Honesty and reliability * Good communication skills (an asset) * Be at least 18 years old **Benefits** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A very competitive pay rate of $25-$45 per hour * Weekly pay via direct deposit or cheque * The flexibility to work around your own schedule * The opportunity to learn about an exciting industry * The ability to telecommute from the comfort of your own home * Most of the time, you can keep the product you tested **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.
