• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to insurance processes, policies, and systems.
• Conduct thorough research as needed to address complex customer concerns.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding service excellence, quality, and productivity standards.
• Execute additional tasks as required.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of consistent call center experience is required; 2-3 years is preferred.

• A quiet home office setup free from distractions is necessary.
• Familiarity with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is advantageous.
