Compensation: Competitive salary of $15/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (after 3-week training period)


About the Role:

As a Sales Representative at Workwarp, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate and promote our products and services, driving sales growth while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with clients, consumers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


Meet or exceed productivity goals established by our clients and company
Efficiently manage customer accounts and file records according to company and client work standards, including:

Selling customers on new or enhanced services
Assisting customers with issues and concerns during product/service usage
Handling and maintaining customer accounts
Accurately updating and documenting account notes
Using probing questions to assess consumer situations and resolve issues according to client work standards


Stay up-to-date with daily and weekly operations news and information, acknowledging receipt and understanding of policy and procedure updates
Complete all assignments as required or requested by operations management
Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with client policies and procedures
Communicate professionally and appropriately with clients, consumers, co-workers, and management
Meet required criteria for work schedules and adhere to attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and site policies and procedures
Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance within functional area and with company policies and procedures
Maintain regular attendance and timeliness, which are crucial due to the production-based nature of our business and client requirements
Adhere to all company and customer confidentiality and security policies and procedures


Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:


A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Two or more years of applicable sales or related experience (recommended but not required)
Proficient computer skills, including utilization of computerized collections software programs, spreadsheets, and automated systems
Excellent customer service skills, including strong problem-solving and negotiating skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to listen, communicate effectively (written and verbal), and pay close attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:


1+ year of sales experience
1+ year of call center experience
Previous experience working with customer service software and technology
