About the position
TEKsystems is seeking to hire over 25 Remote Call Center Representatives for Ugg and HOKA, specifically targeting candidates residing in Texas (excluding Houston) and Arizona. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing premium customer service and building strong customer relationships through various communication channels, including telephone, chat, email, and social media. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the brand. The position is remote, but candidates must live in the specified states to be eligible for employment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, as representatives must be available to work any shift during the operational hours, which span from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 7 PM Central Time. This is a contract position expected to last through January, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The pay for this position is set at $16.50 per hour, with start dates available on October 11th and October 18th. Candidates should be prepared to meet the eligibility requirements for various benefits, which may depend on job classification and length of employment. Requirements
? Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

? Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

? Must have hard-wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.
