Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to service inquiries and sales.
• Provide customers with detailed information regarding available services, including pricing and benefits.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to promote services effectively and encourage purchases.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and how they are influenced by environmental factors.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Conduct property measurements as necessary.
• Handle collections and manage accounts to maximize receivables.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding customer and company information.
• Demonstrate clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Contact Center Service Manager.

Required Skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to approach customer inquiries with a consultative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales, customer service, or call center roles, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
