Key Responsibilities: • Knowledge of general heat treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum. • Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.) • Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions • Proficient in cleaning processes • Knowledge of all heat treat equipment operation • Understands purpose of and how to perform shear testing. • Ability to perform daily PM for heat treat equipment. • Knowledge of general heat treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum. • Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.) • Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions • Proficient in cleaning processes • Knowledge of all heat treat equipment operation • Understands purpose of and how to perform shear testing. • Ability to perform daily PM for heat treat equipment. The salary range for this position is $19.00 to $22.80 , Qualifications Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs. (may not exceed per EHS policies) • Must be able to stand for long periods of time Basic Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • 1-years experience operating machinery • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
