What You'll Do:
As our Thumbnail Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' YouTube channels. Your responsibilities include:
Design Expertise: Develop visually appealing thumbnails aligned with each clientÂs brand guidelines.
Content Creation: Produce 3Â6 thumbnails per week from concept to completion.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current YouTube thumbnail trends and evolving audience preferences.
Feedback-Driven Improvements: Use data and analytics to refine designs and test new approaches.
A/B Testing: Experiment with multiple thumbnail variations to determine what drives the best results.
Collaborative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming video headlines, descriptions, and tags to enhance content discoverability.
