Education Qualifications...
• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's in Education, Adult Education, or a related field, preferred

Special Knowledge and Skills

1. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

2. Must possess excellent organizational, planning, and human relations skills

3. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with adult learners, specialists, program managers, school administration, and business/community partner agencies

4. Strong Math and Science background preferred

5. Must demonstrate a commitment and ability to serve a diverse community, including low-income families and Englisg language learners

6. Self-motivated and able to work at a standalone satellite site

7. Ability to manage and maintain a professional classroom, providing instruction to adult participants whose basic skills are below the twelfth grade level

• Monday through Thursday (2 to 4 days a week)
• Evening hours
• 5:30pm-8:00pm
