 Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and policies.
 Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
 Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
 Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
 Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
