Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Associate Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for overseeing global marketing creative deliverables and localization orders. You'll be the primary point of contact for our global marketing teams, managing communication and coordination to ensure seamless execution of orders and requests. Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for:


Overseeing global marketing creative deliverables and localization orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Managing communication and coordination between global marketing teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate orders and requests
Updating global contact lists and maintaining accurate records
Developing and documenting processes to manage, track, and report localization orders
Assigning creative projects to the appropriate production teams
Redirecting incorrect queries, requests, and orders to the appropriate stakeholder
Supporting the rapid expansion of global creative deliverables and production pipeline
Maintaining and evolving our commonly-used translation database
Developing and implementing efficient workflows to streamline operations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on global asset localization and creative deliverables
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with global marketing teams and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
Experience with localization software and tools, such as Transifex or Smartcat
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:


Mastery of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau
Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions, such as Dropbox or Google Drive
Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly used in global marketing campaigns
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
