We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LP Customer Service Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a first-time job or a career transition, as you'll have the chance to develop valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
Reviews and understands the Store Emergency Response Guide
Wears a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
Greets customers appropriately, demonstrates courtesy and respect
Establishes and maintains a position at the front of the store or in a department
Responds to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
Performs a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
Adheres to all Company Policy and Procedure
Documents required incidents in AIIM Case Management
Performs other duties as assigned

0-2 years retail or security experience

Compensation:
This position has a starting pay range of $16.75 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
