A Skooli Program Coordinator works as part of a dynamic operations team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Skooli Operations Manager, Program Coordinators are responsible for all aspects of tutoring program delivery, including scheduling of tutors, communication of program information to tutors and students, and daily support of client needs. A sense of urgency and ability to multitask are essential to this role, as well as the ability to maintain positive and professional communication with clients, tutors, and students on a daily basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination of tutoring program schedule and content in collaboration with district clients Complete oversight of tutoring program delivery, including staffing, student attendance, and a proactive approach to conflict resolution KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Great communicator in English with both outstanding verbal and written skills Confident computer-user Experience in fast-paced working environments Ability to multitask, efficient, energetic and self-motivated Team player and a quick learner EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree is required 1+ years of experience in online customer support, project management and/or education considered an asset SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate regularly with the Skooli Sales Team to monitor the sales pipeline and prepare for upcoming tutoring program opportunities Collaborate closely with other members of the Skooli Operations Team to ensure staffing needs are met for program delivery Conduct engaging client meetings to determine needs for a personalized tutoring program Create informative collateral to communicate program details to all interested parties Organize tutor schedules, including finding covers for absences, when needed Ensure tutor participants are fully informed of the program requirements Critically review tutor sessions and follow steps for remediation where necessary Provide timely and efficient support for clients and all program participants, including tutors and students Assist with student onboarding and account creation for new and existing Skooli B2B clients Communicate in a professional, honest and friendly manner with clients, tutors and students When needed, help to source tutor candidates from internal and external databases for more specialized roles Collaborate with the Operations Team on new and ongoing projects Administrative duties as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Seated, computer-based work Powered by JazzHR Expected salary : Location : USA Apply Job! Are You the One We're Looking For?If you believe you have what it takes, submit your application without delay.
