This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote. A Day in the Life of a Logistics Analyst: Support the Logistics Management team to provide analytical support and make recommendations on a wide variety of logistics functions including but not limited to Warehousing, Transportation, Finance and Customer Operations Responsible for invoice coding and auditing of logistics related costs to ensure compliance to contracted rates. Provides project support, such as CSIs and process improvements Provide administrative support for Logistics Contracts to ensure that all contracts are up-to-date and any new or renewing agreements are managed and completed in a timely manner together with Manager Support Adhoc Reporting like STO Tracking and inventory reconciliations Work with suppliers to reduce invoice errors for streamlined payment processing Manage Promo Pack planning What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree required, Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Manager focus preferred 2 – 4 years of experience Detail oriented, analytical problem solver with the ability to multitask Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Software (SAP preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally Compensation/Benefits Competitive Base Salary Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance on day one Performance Bonus 401K with up to 10% in matching contributions Bright Horizons Family Solutions – Back up care, tutoring, etc. Transgender benefits Fertility benefits Tuition Reimbursement Program Paid holidays and vacation days Up to $300 Fitness Reimbursement Up to $300 Massage Reimbursement Health Resources including Free Headspace membership, 1:1 Health Coaching and more.
