When you join arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our customers' lives. **Job Highlights** * Competitive salary range: $23.00 - $30.76 per hour * Hourly pay rate with opportunities for growth and advancement * Relocation support available for eligible candidates * 80% remote work arrangement with occasional travel to office locations * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits * 401(k) contribution, pension plan, annual incentive, and paid time off program * Student loan repayment program and paid-family leave available **Primary Accountabilities** As a Homesite Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution * Receiving guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests * Developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and being results-driven * Troubleshooting and resolving issues, referring more complex issues to appropriate service partners * Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics as required **Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support * Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Licenses: P&C license exam within 12 months (training and administrative support provided) **Travel Requirements** Up to 10% of your time may be spent traveling to office locations for in-person engagement activities. **Physical Requirements** This role primarily involves sitting/standing, with occasional travel. **Work Environment** As a remote worker, you will spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations.
