The team is responsible for the Home product and business strategy, market and competitive analyses, and any analytics driving Profit and Loss decisions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Structure and execute strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.
 Lead cross-functional global teams to provide direction on the execution of tasks.
 Develop insightful recommendations, and communicate findings to management and to the broader organization.
