This position involves greeting and registering guests, checking them out, and creating memorable experiences for visitors at this family-friendly property connected to Disney Springs®.
Responsibilities
 Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer.

 Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for and processing payments.

 Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, and local area attractions.
,
 Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
,
 Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
,
 Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements
 Previous hotel front desk experience at a comparable property size.
,
 Passion for customer care and creating memorable guest experiences.
,
 Ability to work flexible shifts, primarily PM shifts.
Nice-to-haves
 Experience with point-of-sale systems.

 Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
