Job Description: As a Remote Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing a team of agents. You will lead marketing initiatives, mentor new recruits, and develop partnerships to enhance our agency's growth. Responsibilities:
 Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve targets
 Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a high-performing team that excels in sales and customer service
 Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our financial protection products and services
 Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach
 Agency Building: Create and grow your own agency, fostering a culture of collaboration and success
 Travel Opportunities: Participate in travel incentives and rewards for achieving performance milestones

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in sales, leadership, or management roles
