About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects and drive technical initiatives for Google Translate Data Entry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Planners to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled forecasts, and presentations
Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to improve
Utilize technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Communicate technical plans, progress, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management


Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
At least 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects
3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, with a proven track record of success
Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling large datasets using SQL
Excellent analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking skills


Preferred Qualifications


3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
Experience in technical program/project management roles, with a deep understanding of technical trade-offs and product development
Ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within at least one team to drive impact and work toward shared goals
Strong understanding of Google Cloud and its applications in business transformation
