As a Facilities Project Manager at Disney, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction and renovation projects within our facilities. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet Disney’s high standards for safety, quality, and guest experience.
• *Requirements:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

6. PMP certification preferred

7. Familiarity with Disney’s brand and values
• *Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success

3. Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and safety standards are met

4. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders

5. Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction

6. Ensure that all projects comply with Disney’s standards and guidelines

7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
