Key Responsibilities
As a Homebound SSN Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality educational services to students with specialized support needs in their homes. This will involve:

Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and other support staff
Delivering personalized instruction and support to students, tailored to their unique needs and learning styles
Monitoring student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction accordingly
Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's education
Collaborating with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to student support


Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in Special Education Generalist or Specialist (5-21)
Passing score on the PRAXIS Elementary Education exam (Exam #5001 or #5018)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities


Preferred Qualifications
