About the Role

As an Experienced Manager - Third Party Lifecycle Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and execution of the Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) program across Global Risk & Compliance and AENB. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key partners, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to streamline controls, reduce risk, and improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive implementation and execution of the TLM program, working closely with various local market regulators for vendor compliance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Global Supply Management (GSM), third-party relationship managers (TRMs), and risk pillar SMEs
* Manage and support AENB and GRC with onboarding new third-party relationships
* Lead key third-party governance activities, including risk assessment, program changes, and compliance with the TLM program
* Develop and implement strategies to streamline controls, reduce risk, and improve process efficiency
* Provide best practices, promote consistency, and lead/contribute to initiatives to improve and streamline processes
* Engage with AENB and GRC leadership to communicate TLM requirements and its scope

Minimum Qualifications

* Proven program management experience with a track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
* Strong understanding of the Third-Party Lifecycle Management process and requirements
* Ability to review significant amounts of data and prioritize based on program needs
* Expertise in end-to-end process mapping, with the ability to identify potential business, compliance, and/or process gaps
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to attend occasional meetings outside of normal working hours, as required of global roles

Preferred Qualifications

* Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and productivity
* Self-starter with a high degree of personal accountability, ability to work independently, and between cross-functional internal and external groups
* Flexible approach and ability to "think outside the box"

* Competitive base salary: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually
