Key Responsibilities


Mail Sorting and Processing: Sort and process mail efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of our postal operations.
Postage Sales: Sell postage stamps and other postal products to customers, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Mail Holding and Forwarding: Assist customers with mail holding and forwarding services, ensuring their mail is handled properly and delivered to the correct location.


Essential Qualifications


United States Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the United States or possess a Green Card.
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer Service Experience: Must have experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Basic Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Post Office Experience: Previous experience working in a post office or postal operations environment is highly desirable.
