Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group tutoring to students in various levels of mathematics, including College Algebra and other math levels

Collaborate with instructors and other tutors to ensure consistency and quality of tutoring services
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance tutoring skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
Peer Tutors: Must have completed College Algebra or other math levels of which one wishes to tutor with a "B" or better and a letter of recommendation from each instructor for every subject tutoring
Professional Tutors: A minimum of 18 hours in the discipline tutoring, a minimum of six months of working with the related subject, and two letters of recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with students, instructors, and other tutors
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience working in a tutoring or educational setting
Knowledge of tutoring strategies and techniques
Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology
Bilingual or multilingual skills
