Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fulfillment or logistics environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
