Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education with 10+ Years of work experience.
Expertise in DWH/ETL testing
Experience in writing and executing SQL queries (ETL/Database testing skills).
Developing ETL test cases and test plans that ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Conducting functional and non-functional testing of ETL processes to validate the integrity of the data being transferred.
Identifying and documenting defects, issues, and potential improvements in the ETL process and sharing them with the development team.
Creating and maintaining ETL test environments that simulate production environments for testing purposes.
Conducting load testing to measure the scalability and performance of ETL processes under different workloads.
Conducting regression testing to ensure that changes made to ETL processes do not introduce new defects or issues.
Developing and maintaining test automation scripts to improve the efficiency of ETL testing.
To perform the role of an ETL Test Engineer effectively, candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience with ETL testing tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL testing
