6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:

2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
3. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues
4. Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction
5. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
