 Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
 Temp to hire - NOT a remote position
WhatÂs a typical day as a Data Entry Mail Clerk?
 Receives, opens, sorts, scans and distributes mail and forms internally
 Directs outgoing mail to the Mail Center
 Follows established procedures to appropriately handle and distribute cash/checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail
 Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms and applications
 Maintains database
 May be responsible for internal preparation of applications
 May prepare and deliver documentation to the Imaging Center
 Provides assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department
 Requires good computer skills and data entry/typing skills
This job might be an outstanding fit for you if you have:
 High School Diploma or GED
 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
 Requires strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen, and ask meaningful probing questions
 Requires strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
