Responsibilities
 Coordinate documentation for US Customs and Government Agencies for goods entry.

 Perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation.

 Maintain current shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.

 Adhere to international importing regulations.

 Work closely with internal staff and departments to ensure high service levels.

 Process agency brokerage shipments.

 Ensure compliance with government and organizational policies.

Requirements
 High School Diploma or GED required.

 Data entry/keyboard experience required.

 Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong organizational skills.

 Interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of staff.

 Ability to handle a high volume of work and time-sensitive tasks.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
