- **Relationship Management:** Build long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote retention. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess satisfaction and usage.
- **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking and research skills to diagnose issues and offer personalized solutions to customers, enhancing their overall experience with our products and services.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using our CRM tools. Generate reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Operations) to relay customer feedback and assist in developing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on RoÂs product offerings and services, gaining a strong understanding of how they can benefit our customers. Conduct training sessions for customers when necessary.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively solicit customer feedback and share insights with the team to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
- **Sustainability Advocacy:** Promote our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in interactions with customers.
#### Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- **Education:** BachelorÂs degree in a relevant field preferred.
