Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for: * Conducting Third Party verification via incoming calls and email communication * Understanding and implementing new information and procedures efficiently and professionally * Delivering a consistent level of quality on all calls, encompassing the "white glove experience" * Basic understanding of all Ring products * Utilizing multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers * Collaborating with the trending teams to drive continuous process improvement * Utilizing all available resources to solve internal challenges while ensuring first call resolution * Developing and implementing scalable solutions to support arenaflex Key for Business' mission * Assisting with other pods when needed * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
