Immediate Hiring: Customer Service Rep
Looking for a straightforward job? We're hiring a Customer Service Rep! An immediate start is available for this Remote-based position, which places you at the center of innovation. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The salary for this position is set at a competitive salary. Â Â Do you have experience working customer service for a manufacturing company? We are looking for a temp to cover a contract for the next 4 months until mid February. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
 Responsible as primary point of contact and liaison between customers and company.
 Assists with EDI data entry including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing,
and cancellations.
 Processing of purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notification, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
 Handle inbound/outbound callsfrom/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
 Process incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers.
Skills
 Order Processing (2 years of experience is required)
 EDI (2 years of experience is required)
 Processing Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)
