In Your Typical Day, You Will:
 Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
 Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
 Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
 Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Qualifications:
 6 months or more with customer service experience
 6 months or more with call center experience
Additional Details:
 Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour
 Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
 Must reside within 60 miles from office location
 Comprehensive 6- week paid virtual training  equipment is provided
 Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required.
 Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am  8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
 Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
