As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget, you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact. **The Role** As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget, you will serve as a vital liaison between our global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a variety of budgetary tasks. Your responsibilities will include: * Facilitating invoice payments and supervising and analyzing payment data in various platforms * Assisting with the handling of purchase orders and the processing of postage checks for executive approval and disbursement * Supporting the development of new tracking and reporting templates and preparing tools and processes for future planning and analysis * Promoting the development and sustainment of team policy, procedure, and providing assistance in vital budget documentation, tracking, and reporting * Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests and creating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple blithequark businesses and organizations * Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives * Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates * Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices **What You Will Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * 3+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development * Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas * Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management * Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills * Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies * Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments * Exposure to other tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront **Education** A BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is required. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary and benefits package, including health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special extras that only blithequark can provide * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on innovation, creativity, and collaboration * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * A chance to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the success of our Marketing Center of Excellence * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including Coupa, SAP, and other enterprise resource planning software * A collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities for mentorship and growth **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for finance, customer engagement, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
